  • Please consult professional and medical advice before commencing yoga or any other form of exercise.
  • Avoid eating food 3 hours before class and 30 minutes after class
  • Women should avoid doing inverted postures during menstrual period
  • Please inform your teacher, if you have any injuries or if you are pregnant prior to class.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class
  • Do not enter once the class is commenced
  • Do not leave the class until complete
  • Switch off you phones
